Fans of Bravo’s many “Real Housewives” franchises know that these women love to live large. And they always have the receipts to prove it.
And no matter what the location, much attention is paid to the luxe homes owned by these voluble and volatile ladies. Over the years, we’ve followed all the off-camera drama of their real estate transactions.
While the dwellings are almost always opulent, even over-the-top, that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re easy to sell. Some have lingered on the market for years in search of a buyer who appreciates the “Housewives” fantasy.
We’ve found five homes of various “Housewives” that are still listed, although two of them appear to have been spoken for. They’ve all played starring roles and are in search of a new leading lady…
1. Kyle Richards
Location: Bel-Air, CA
Price: $5.95 million
Dramatic details: Some cast members have more staying power than others, and Kyle Richards has appeared on “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” from the get-go. Which means she’s had cameras following her foibles for over a decade. Fans of the show know that she’s married to real estate royalty—her husband, Mauricio Umansky, is the founder of the high-powered real estate company The Agency.
The couple may have met their match with their own home, however. Their beautiful Bel-Air abode has been on and off the market since 2017, when it debuted on the market for just under $7 million.
In 2018, the price was dropped by exactly a million bucks. It then came back on the market in June with a tiny price adjustment.
For that amount, the next owner can move right in. Described as “exquisitely reimagined by Faye Resnick Design and masterfully designed for entertaining,” the home’s highlights include seven bedrooms (one of which is now being used as a gym), a theater, and an office.
French doors throughout allow indoor and outdoor flow. In addition, the layout includes a chef’s kitchen that opens to a family room, and a pub with a fireplace and wet bar. The property also boasts a pool, sports court, a putting green, and a large, grassy lawn.
Clearly, the couple are in no rush to sell. They’ve moved to the former home of Smokey Robinson in Encino, CA, and can afford to watch what happens after the most recent price cut.

2. Melissa Gorga
Location: Montville, NJ
Price: $2.9 million
Dramatic details: The massive Colonial built for “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Melissa Gorga is a “no-expense-spared” home in the affluent Pond section of Montville, NJ. While the glam spread is tailor-made for the popular housewife’s telegenic lifestyle, she and her husband, Joe Giudice, opted to sell their palatial estate three years ago.
Initially, the couple were asking for $3.5 million for the 9,100-square-foot mansion. In 2018, they dropped the price to $3.3 million. Then it popped back on the market last year for $2.95 million. Now, it’s for sale yet again, at the ever-so-slightly lower asking price of $2.948 million.
The snazzy six-bedroom, eight-bathroom layout opens to a dramatic bridal staircase. The floor plan features a chef’s kitchen, a two-story great room with Juliet balcony, a home theater, and library.
A lower level was designed for entertaining and features a billiard-room, gym, wine cellar, bar, salon, and recording studio. The recording studio is where Melissa began her recording career, with her memorable rendition of “On Display.”
Set on over 2 acres, the resortlike space includes landscaped grounds, a pool area with stone patio, and an outdoor kitchen.

3. Kameron Westcott
Location: Dallas, TX
Price: $4,475,000
Dramatic details: The outlook for the pink-themed abode of Dallas housewife Kameron Westcott is rosy. Three months after coming to market, the home is now in “contingency” status.
Westcott placed the Highland Park abode on the market in May for $5.1 million. She and her husband, Court Westcott, built the home in 2008, and have lived there since then.
The buyer may have been taken in by the design and decor of the custom-built residence. The glamorous, custom creation features the celeb’s trademark pink, starting with the bubble-gum hued office.
Other pops of pink decor are easy to spot in the 7,409-square-foot spread, which features six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms.
Highlights include a family room with a fully retractable wall of windows that opens out to an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, pool and spa.
Other perks include a three-car garage, wine cellar, home theater, eat-in kitchen, and elevator. Plus, if you have a wardrobe to match this housewife’s, you’ll appreciate the enormous walk-in closet.
To entice a buyer, the price has been sliced four times since May, to land at the current price of $4,475,000. The most recent discount may have done the trick and coaxed a buyer to the forefront.

4. Luann de Lesseps
Location: Port Ewen, NY
Price: $1.15 million
Dramatic details: The “Real Housewives of New York” star and her Hudson River getaway are parting ways. After seven weeks on the market, the midcentury modern abode is in “pending sale” status.
The former countess bought the circular residence two years ago for $950,000. But with her cabaret career taking off, she wound up not using the retreat as much as planned.
So the circular home went on the market for $1.15 million, just two years after she purchased it. During her brief tenure as owner, the home did play a starring role in a girls getaway episode packed with plenty of catty comments.
Drama aside, the 2,400-square-foot abode should serve a serene escape for a new owner. With three bedrooms and four bathrooms, the layout can comfortably house a number of gracious guests. Walls of glass open out to a large deck that extends the living space outside.
Set on a little over an acre, the waterfront property features 200 feet of river frontage, a private dock, and mooring for a boat. The timing of the listing was fortuitous, as many urbanites are in search of properties outside the city during the pandemic.

5. Dorit Kemsley
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Price: $6.9 million
Dramatic details: The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star has changed her address to Encino, where she and her husband, Paul Kemsley, reportedly picked up a modern farmhouse for $6,475,000 last year.
The couple have moved to their new address, but their 8,600-square-foot mansion in the 90210 needs a buyer. The home first came on the market in 2017 for $12.75 million. Since then, the price has dropped precipitously—it re-emerged in 2019 for $7.5 million.
Currently available for just under $7 million, the six-bedroom home has 8,679 square feet of living space.
Marketed as Villa Dawn, the “reimagined estate” includes a formal living room and dining room as well as a “sexy private office.” Adjacent is a family room and open chef’s kitchen.
The lower level houses a private home theater and lounge. An elevator connects to the top floor with the grand master suite, as well as five more guest bedrooms. The petite outdoor space includes a pool and spa, and an outdoor covered dining area with patio.
If you want to try out the “Housewives” lifestyle before you buy, the home is also available for lease for $30,000 a month.
