The rapper Kid Cudi is now mixing it up in a new crib in Calabasas, CA, Dirt reported. The musician picked up the massive mansion in the celebrity enclave for $7.7 million.
The property came onto the market in March for the higher price of $8.3 million, so Cudi came away with a discount.
The two-time Grammy winner, whose given name is Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi, will have neighbors like Drake, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett, and his frequent collaborator Kanye West. It is possible that after West’s split from Kim Kardashian, Kanye may be spending more time in Wyoming, of course.

Most homes in Florida have swimming pools, but the pool at a Sarasota, FL, residence known as Casa de Flamingo stands alone.
“When I walked in, I had visions of movies I had seen,” says the listing agent, Steve Abbe. “I felt like I was in another world when I walked in there.”
The pictures do the place justice, he says, but walking through the doors into the place, he adds, “You’re just literally mesmerized.”
For a buyer yearning for a swim that is worthy of the silver screen, this 4,152-square-foot home is listed for $5.8 million. With azure waters lapping up against a palazzo, the home’s indoor-outdoor pool area is a sight to behold.
Abbe says the sellers spent two years searching the world for the perfect white and blue stones for the pool, and the right quarry, which could cut them at the same thickness.
The result is an elaborate area that looks like a Roman bath, with multiple archways and pillars surrounding an enormous, 45-foot pool.
